					<description>It doesn’t matter if that is Sinhala or Tamil, poor or rich, government servants (or any employee) suppose to follow orders (even they are not perfect). If they have any practical issues doing so, there are established procedures how to handle it. All he had to do was send a mail stating, he don’t have enough resources to handle such event. Good lesson for him.</description>
