					<description>Sam is right. There is proper protocol to be followed. Why was she so arrogant that she didn't want to get authorisation from the Director of Health Services?

How could she expect the hospital officials to give her the personal phone number of a visiting doctor without the latter's approval? Some journalists  in Sri Lanka seem to think that they are above the law.</description>

This is a right to information issue not a an issue of looking for personl health files, Mediacal authorites are duty bound to provide this info, to make aan informed dialogue on healthissues affecting community,</description>

					<description>missy, you have no right to take my medical records from any hospital. It is call doctor, patient privacy. You defiantly need a proper approval first. If you live in a more civilize society, you even need a warrant.</description>
