The police office you talked to is an asshole, totally agree. And you were trying to pick a fight with him too. I have met wonderful police officers in Sri Lanka most of the time and quite large number of assholes too. At the same time I have firsthand experience how worst NYPD get some times. Couple of months back NYPD officers shoots two totally innocent black men, coming out form a bachelor party before the wedding day, 41 times. Police officers are assholes by general – in every country. You are trying to connect this with arms rebels trying to take over taxation. I know you try to make an emotionally disturbing picture. But I feel like you are going too far. One police officer’s act do not justify a group of rebels taking over taxation rights (no. they didn’t just protest on the road – they control half of the bloody country back then).
